Responsibilities :

• Provide 24 / 7 oversight of the Med Surg Neuro Unit, ensuring quality and compliance with clinical standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain safe nurse-to-patient ratios.
• Mentor and coach nursing staff, fostering professional growth and engagement.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives for patient safety, outcomes, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
