Job description

Responsibilities & Qualifications

This position will support activities within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Services Delivery Division (SDD). The position will provide Help Desk Support for CorpSrv Users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies researches and resolves technical problems.
  • Responds to telephone calls email and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Documents tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of zero to two (0-2) years of experience in information technology or a related field.
  • AA in field or in related area or equivalent experience preferred.

    Prior performance in a similarrole within 6 months of the date of hire.

    Must be a U.S. Citizen

    Must be able to successfully obtain a Public Trust

    WAGE INFORMATION

    Target salary range : $44500-$51500 yearly . The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
