A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Associate (Claims, Remote). Key Responsibilities Manage a book of pending claims to ensure timely payments Process claim decisions and approve or deny claims within authorization limits Gather necessary information and correspond with various parties throughout the claims process Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience preferred 2 to 5 years of claims management experience preferred Ability to learn and retain a large amount of technical information Strong analytical skills to make appropriate claim decisions Proven self-motivation and reliability throughout training
