Job Title : Case Manager – Community Support Services
Location : Port Angeles, WA (On-site only)
Job Type : Full-time
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 40 hours / week
Pay : $24 to $27 per hour (DOE / DOQ)

As a Case Manager in our Community Support Services department, you’ll provide direct support to clients through individualized service planning, advocacy, and coordination of care. This is a dynamic role for someone passionate about behavioral health and community impact.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver person-centered case management services.
- Support clients in accessing housing, food, transportation, and employment.
- Collaborate with hospitals and community agencies.
- Provide psychoeducational and supportive counseling.
- Maintain compliance with documentation and confidentiality standards.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field2+ years of experience in case management or clinical servicesValid driver’s license and insurable driving recordAbility to pass pre-employment screenings and provide vaccination records (MMR, Hep B, Tdap, flu)Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration credential (assistance provided)Bonus Points For :
Experience working with individuals facing behavioral health challenges.
