Plan Administrator

As a Plan Administrator, you will provide exceptional customer service, foster existing relationships, instill trust and provide solutions for clients. Looking for opportunities to increase revenue for the department and the firm. Responsible for timely coordination of processes for benefit calculations / determinations, reconciliation of plan data and assets, government filings and assist with plan documents. Respond immediately to client and participant requests. Provide administration outsourcing for clients. Initiate new ideas for completing work accurately and efficiently.
