Job description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a specialization in dental marketing. You will design compelling digital and print marketing materials that educate patients, promote dental practices, and build brand trust. Your work will support patient acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring all designs reflect professional dental standards and resonate with target audiences.

Location : Remote
Reports To : Creative Director / Art Director
Travel : Occasional travel for client meetings, industry events or team retreats

WHO YOU ARE

You are a passionate designer experienced in healthcare or dental marketing, skilled at translating complex dental services into clear, engaging visuals. You have a strong eye for detail and brand consistency, and you work collaboratively to produce high-quality assets that drive marketing success. You manage multiple projects efficiently and adapt to the dynamic needs of the dental industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Design marketing and advertising materials, including social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, brochures, flyers, and patient education collateral tailored for dental audiences.

Collaborate with copywriters, dental marketers, developers, and creative teams to produce visually appealing, on-brand designs.

Maintain brand consistency by adhering to dental-specific guidelines, typography, and color standards.

Refine and adapt designs based on performance metrics, A / B testing, and stakeholder feedback.

Develop layouts, iconography, and visuals that enhance patient understanding and engagement.

Stay current with dental marketing trends and emerging design tools to keep materials fresh and impactful.

Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery for both digital and print production.

Prepare print-ready artwork compliant with dental industry standards.

Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and campaign development sessions.

Produce innovative, high-quality designs that enhance dental marketing impact.

Ensure 100% compliance with brand identity and healthcare marketing standards.

Achieve positive stakeholder and client feedback on design execution.

Deliver 90%+ of projects on time and within scope.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Hard Skills :

3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in dental or healthcare marketing.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools specifically Figma.

Knowledgeable in typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles specific to dental marketing.

Experienced designing assets for digital, print, and multimedia use.

Familiar with web design basics and responsive design principles.

Soft Skills :

Detail-oriented with strong creative instincts.

Effective multitasker with excellent time management.

Strong communicator and collaborator across teams.

Adaptable and responsive to fast-moving project requirements.

Open to feedback and iterative design improvements.
