Executive Team Lead
The Executive Team Lead will provide strategic operational support under the direction of a Program Manager, Division Manager, or Corporate Executive, serving as their primary operational liaison. Proactively manages cross-functional administrative processes to ensure organizational effectiveness and executive productivity. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
- Providing high-level administrative support including complex calendar management, detailed travel coordination, and comprehensive meeting preparation
- Gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information to support executive decision-making processes
- Assisting with marketing initiatives, presentation development, and conference planning and execution
- Anticipating executive needs and proactively addresses requirements to maintain optimal workflow
- Ensuring all communications and materials produced reflect organizational standards and executive preferences
Qualifications
BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7 or relevant years of experienceMust possess and be able to maintain a TS / SCI clearanceExceptional organizational abilities, advanced communication skills, and the capacity to manage confidential information with absolute discretion while supporting multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentExperience with MS Office Products and SharePointEEO Statement : We are an equal opportunity employer and federal government contractor.
