Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exceptional opportunity awaits for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist in Rock Hall, MD. This full-time position focuses on providing targeted support to students within a K-12 school environment, addressing a variety of speech and language needs from August 2025 to May 2026.

Qualifications :

  • Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
  • Proficiency in teletherapy practices is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams

Location : Rock Hall, MD

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapy
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student welfare
