Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Hospital in northwest IN, just SE of Chicago is looking for a locum CRNA to start in 90 days possibly earlier and work ongoing. Will consider full time candidates only.

• CRNAs working 10's, prefer the candidate to be flexible. 40 hour guarantee.
• Very CRNA friendly.
• 13 OR's per day, with 2 late rooms (2 CRNA's doing 10 hour shifts per day).
• 1 : 10 pager call.
• General B&B with OB, but OB is not required. No OB during call.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
• $Competitive pay + travel + housing + A rated malpractice insurance.
