Overview

Fletcher Financial Insurance & Consulting Services, LLC is a nationwide insurance agency established in 1971. We provide an array of insurance products and consulting services, specializing in Health & Accident Insurance, including Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plans, and various Life Insurance options. Our upcoming expansion will include additional insurance products, financial planning, and overall financial well-being.

This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent focused on selling Medicare insurance products, providing insurance brokerage services, and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Sell Medicare insurance products
Provide insurance brokerage services
Manage and maintain client relationships
Understand client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions
Maintain high levels of customer service
Stay up-to-date with industry changes and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage

Knowledge of Finance and Insurance

Strong Customer Service skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Relevant licensing for Medicare insurance sales

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
