Job Description

Join a dynamic ICU team providing critical care to a diverse patient population. The unit consists of two pods, accommodating a total of 28 beds with a focus on neuro surgical, trauma, cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, and withdrawal management for patients on ventilators.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and assess patient condition, implementing care plans as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Support and educate patients and their families regarding care and progress.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience in medical/surgical/neuro/trauma settings.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with critical care technology and equipment.
