\n The Plumber performs maintenance, inspection, and repair of commercial plumbing systems in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues, operating electric snakes to unclog floor drains and drainage systems, and selecting proper tools and equipment for each task. The position requires working knowledge of commercial plumbing practices, basic electrical skills related to plumbing systems, and the ability to maintain mechanical rooms through housekeeping and painting tasks. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and can work effectively as part of a team while performing physical labor in commercial facilities and mechanical spaces.\n
