Includes but not limited to :

The Building Management System (BMS) Monitor responsibilities include monitoring the building system alarms for the mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, elevators and security systems in the facility. They will use various computer and control systems in the Building Automation Control Center (BACC) Room. They will track alarms, immediately respond to alarms and contact appropriate on / off site personnel.

Qualifications : Includes but not limited to :

Minimum of two (2) years' industry experience required in a corporate environment or as a third-party service provider.

Demonstrated intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and ability to complete word processing tasks (correspondence, reports, memos, proposals, charts, PowerPoint presentations, etc.).

Demonstrated intermediate to advanced written communication skills (spelling, grammar and punctuation) and verbal communications skills, including listening.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Shows good organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.

Ability to quickly learn how to use any Company required software may be required.

Knowledge of BMS Building Management System, EPMS Electrical Power Management System, Fire Alarm System to include Pre-action and VESDA system, DCIM Data Center Infrastructure Management, Card Access, CCTV Close Circuit Television.

Ability to make building wide announcements, operate CCTV systems, and dispatch events via two-way radios and telephone.

Ability to maintain shifts logs and detailed documentation of events and activities during scheduled shift.

Ability to interface and communicate with various authorities, building management, and operations support staff.

Ability to input data in various system within the Facility

Ability to enable and disable various fire alarm system actions and zones as requested / needed.

Ability to complete Incident Reports / Shift Logs.

This is a 2nd shift position.
