Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the overall health and performance of the ServiceNow platform

Design and implement UI changes, custom enhancements, and new integrations

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow core platform functionality and architecture

ServiceNow Administrator Certification

Experience in developing and supporting ITSM, ITOM, and related modules
