Special Requirements
- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
- QuickMAR experience preferred but not required
Daily Responsibilities
- Assists as needed in providing or assisting geriatric participants / residents with personal care including but not limited to : bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming with minimal support and supervision.
- Schedules and coordinates tasks to be performed by other PCTs, in cooperation with other housing and clinic staff.
- Participates in participant / resident orientation to the ElderPlace facility
- Provides input and information for service / care plans
