Position Requirements :
- Assists as needed in providing or assisting geriatric participants / residents with personal care including but not limited to : bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming with minimal support and supervision.
- Schedules and coordinates tasks to be performed by other PCTs, in cooperation with other housing and clinic staff.
- Participates in participant / resident orientation to the Elder Place facility
- Provides input and information for service / care plans
Requirements :
- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
- Quick MAR experience preferred but not required
- Ratios : : -
- Years of Experience REQ : year of prior experience working with seniors required
