The Executive Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to executive management and administrative departments, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of key bank reporting and operational and compliance functions. This position coordinates board reporting, audit preparation, and branch review processes; assist with daily and monthly financial and regulatory reports; and assist with projects for administration departments to support efficient bank operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced community bank environment.
