Universal Banker The responsibilities of this position include but not limited to opening accounts and performing teller transactions in a cash intensive environment. Responsibilities : Open new accounts; personal, business, and certificate of deposits. Assist customers in account maintenance such as address changes, stop payments, etc. Document and scan account information into the banking systems. Performing as a paying and receiving teller. Answer phones. Maintain cash in accordance with policy. Balancing teller drawer daily. Adherence to bank policies and procedures. Maintaining excellent customer service, greeting customers and facilitating a welcome and warm environment. Performs other job-related duties or special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications : Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. 3 or more years of teller experience required; cash handling required. 3 or more years of banking experience preferred.
