Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop experiments across the product and onboarding flows to optimize acquisition and activation metrics

Partner with Product and Design to identify high-impact experiment hypotheses based on data and user research

Instrument tracking and build dashboards to measure experiment outcomes and inform iteration

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of full-stack software engineering experience

Excellent debugging and technical investigation skills

Ability to move fast and iterate with a focus on delivering user value

A data-driven mindset

Experience collaborating in an asynchronous remote environment
