Job Overview

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards by developing and implementing quality assurance processes. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive root-cause problem solving, continuous improvement, and best practices in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quality aspects of production projects through development, build, and testing phases.
• Analyze data, perform root-cause investigations, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Define test requirements, acceptance criteria, and inspection standards.
• Manage inspection data, reporting, and performance metrics for quality control.
• Collaborate with engineering to capture and process design changes.
• Develop and update work instructions to align with ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct internal quality audits and present findings.
• Lead and document corrective and preventive actions (A3 / 8D).
• Provide supplier quality support, including inspection, analysis, and corrective actions.
• Partner with continuous improvement teams to reduce quality costs and improve process capability.
