About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and optimize revenue management, distribution marketing, and sales across its portfolio. Candidates for the CCO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in revenue management, distribution, and / or commercial strategy, with a strong background in B2B hospitality. The role demands a leader who is innovative, visionary, data-driven, and analytical, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in high-growth or disruptive environments. The CCO will be expected to lead a team of over 20 people, instill a culture of high performance, and ensure that the team is aligned with the company's core values. Strong technical acumen, particularly with AI-driven pricing models and sales lead processing tools, is essential. The ideal candidate will be agile, strategic, and a strong communicator, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for executives, teams, and property owners.
