Mon10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Tue10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Sat06 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM

Sun06 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Maintain awareness of surroundings within the financial institution environment and report any suspicious activity or security-related issues.

Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.

Collaborate with site personnel and / or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.

Support a welcoming and professional atmosphere for employees, visitors, and clients at the location.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
