Schedule Night shift : 4x12-Hour (18 : 45 - 07 : 15). Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Step Down care to join our team. This position requires proficiency in a mixed acuity unit, caring for patients within a PCU / MS Tele environment. The ideal candidate will display a range of skills and experience within various critical nursing areas. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients in a mixed acuity unit. Monitor and interpret telemetry data and vital signs. Administer medications and IV therapies as required. Perform tasks related to respiratory care and management. Support patients undergoing chemotherapy and other specialized treatments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Assist in pre / post-surgical care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Step Down or PCU / IMC setting within the last 3 years. Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS. Preferred certifications : PALS. Proven skills in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and patient monitoring. Experience with telemetry and management of dysrhythmias. Why ARMStaffing?
