Job description

A company is looking for a Technology Support Specialist to provide technical support to patients and internal staff.Key Responsibilities : Serve as the first line of support for hardware, software, and network-related inquiriesProvide technical support via phone, email, or remote assistance and maintain a log of user-reported issuesAssist with system updates, user training, and collaborate with engineering and product teams on new technologiesQualifications : Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred)2+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a related fieldStrong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting, including desktops and mobile devicesFamiliarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, particularly in Apple environmentsUnderstanding of data analysis and reviewing / interpreting automated system logs
