Job descriptionAnswering customer calls and processingcustomer ordersfor new service, discontinuance, or changes inservice. Accepting payments from customers, researchingcustomer billinginquiries and updating customer account information. Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determineservicerequirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seeks cost-effective, safe environmentally sound solutions toserviceissues. High-volumeCustomer Serviceexperience. Experience withMicrosoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Waste Connections of Arkansas is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative in Ash Flat, Arkansas. In this position, you will field a large volume of inbound calls where you will assist customers with their account.
- The schedule is Monday - Friday, working from 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.
- Starting pay is $18 / hr.
- Benefits, 401K match $1 per $1, vacation, and year-round stable work.
