We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Project Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will lead and manage large-scale electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
This role requires strategic oversight, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Oversee a team completing all phases of multiple electrical projects, including planning, procurement, construction and closeout.
Client Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.Team Collaboration :
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.Budget Oversight :
Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals.Schedule Management :
Establish project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.Risk Mitigation :
Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.Quality Assurance :
Ensure all work meets company and industry standards, as well as client expectations.Regulatory Compliance :
Stay updated on relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards, ensuring all projects are compliant.Willingness to put safety as a priority over profits!Qualifications :
