Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on a test drive Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals Present pricing and complete paperwork Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat / referral business Prospect for new customers Energetic, outgoing and self-motivated to succeed, with good sales, communication and customer service skills Thrives in a fast-paced team environment A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance Driver's license and good driving record Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR and drug screen.
