About the Role

OTTO Quotes AI is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive data-informed decision-making and machine learning initiatives across our growing platform. This role will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to design experiments, build models, and translate complex data into actionable insights that directly impact performance and growth.

The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and highly collaborative — someone who not only builds models but also understands how those insights integrate into product workflows and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to enhance automation, personalization, and lead optimization.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define and implement data-driven tools, dashboards, and internal systems.
• Translate complex data outputs into clear, actionable insights that inform product and business strategy.
• Own experiment design and A / B testing across multiple channels, ensuring statistically sound results and recommendations.
• Build and maintain scalable, high-quality data pipelines that ensure data accuracy, availability, and reproducibility.
• Communicate analytical findings to cross-functional stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.
• Contribute to the development of data standards, documentation, and governance practices.
• Proactively identify opportunities for model improvements, data enhancements, and new analytical use cases.
