About The Position

Job Title : Surgery Nurse

Profession : RN

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Monday to Friday

Hours per Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience required.

License : Current RN license required.

Certifications : BLS required.

Must-Have : Must work 1 major holiday of the 2 : Christmas Day or New Year's Day.

Must also work 1 minor holiday : Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve.

Description :

The Surgery Nurse will provide care in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

BLS certification is required for this position.

The schedule consists of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM.

There are no weekends, on-call shifts, or holidays required outside of the holiday stipulations.

Candidates must be willing to work during winter holidays, including one major and one minor holiday.

This position is for 13 weeks.

Qualified candidates should demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and possess excellent assessment and communication skills.

Team collaboration and a safe environment for patients are essential.
