As a Wellness Specialist, you’ll inspire and support residents by leading engaging wellness programs, promoting strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Through expert instruction, innovative fitness classes, and meaningful connections, you’ll help participants maintain independence, improve functional ability, and enhance their quality of life.

As a Wellness Specialist, you will :

• Lead Engaging Wellness Programs – Facilitate group exercise classes designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. Provide safe and effective instruction on cardiovascular and weight training equipment.
• Prepare & Innovate Wellness Classes – Plan and organize class content, introduce new exercises, and rotate class formats to keep participants engaged. Set up after class, welcome attendees, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
• Promote a Culture of Wellness – Support quarterly wellness assessments and celebrations. Seek and implement new methods to enhance wellness services, ensuring a high-quality and evolving program.
• Collaborate & Grow the Wellness Community – Build relationships across departments to expand wellness initiatives, increase program participation, and enhance the overall impact of Vivie’s wellness programs.
