Job Summary : As a ScriptPro Training Specialist, you will lead both in-person and virtual training sessions to support pharmacy staff implementing ScriptPro systems. You'll provide go-live support, assess pharmacy workflows to enhance system efficiency, and serve as a key liaison between ScriptPro and its customers. Success in this role requires strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills, along with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment. This role requires extensive, multi-day travel to both domestic and international pharmacy locations.

Reporting Relationship : Manager, Field Training

Shift : Full-time position requiring frequent travel. Schedule may vary, including weekends. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Scope of the Role :

• Travel to domestic and international pharmacy locations to train staff to use ScriptPro systems
• Provide go-live support to the pharmacy staff through the first few days of a system implementation
• Observe pharmacy workflow and provide suggestions to maximize system use and productivity
• Effectively communicate information while acting as a liaison between ScriptPro and the customer
• Facilitate virtual training sessions on a variety of ScriptPro products
• Build valuable working relationships across all ScriptPro departments
• Become a system expert for ScriptPro products and an efficiency expert for how a pharmacy operates
• Represent ScriptPro and the Field Training team in a professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

ScriptPro develops, sells, and supports state-of-the-art products and services for healthcare system customers, including federal agencies such as Department of Defense, VA, Indian Health Services and major hospital systems across the U.S. and Canada. These customers require specific security clearances and health-related tests and vaccines for site access. As a condition of employment, you may be required to obtain federal security clearance (See the Standard Form 85), which can include background checks such as criminal history and drug testing, and / or provide proof of health screenings including tuberculosis, annual flu, and COVID vaccinations (medical or religious exemptions will be considered). Crossing the U.S.-Canada border requires a valid passport, no criminal charges, and compliance with Canadian immigration policies (see Canada Inadmissibility List). If your role requires these clearances or health documentation, completion will be mandatory for employment.

This position includes responsibilities for ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and privacy policies to support the safeguarding sensitive data, including personally identifiable information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI). Completion of annual cybersecurity and privacy awareness training is required, as the role aligns with the organization’s security posture and risk management practices. All duties are defined in accordance with standardizations to ensure consistency and accountability of the policies.

Working Conditions :

This position encompasses both office and workshop environments. Requires routine use of standard equipment and extended computer use. Candidates may work near and around various conditions such as dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise. May be exposed to moving mechanical parts and tools, electrical components, and outdoor conditions. This position is very active and regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, bend, reach, and use hands and fingers. Ability to push, pull, and lift independently is required. Motor coordination, tool use, focused attention during extended periods of travel, and specific vision abilities, including close, distance, and color vision, are required. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions is required.
