Acute Care Floor as well as 10–bed Geropsych Unit and 15–bed

Physical Rehabilitation Unit There are a multitude of tree and

Licensure / Certification / Registration : Physician MD / DO credentialed

from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to

hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working

in a Kentucky facility. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of
