NOC Technician - Junior

Job Role : NOC Technician (Junior Role) Location : Dallas, TX / Kansas City, KS (Onsite, 5 Days a Week) Shift : Night Shift (10-hour shifts) About the Role We’re looking for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to join our team in a hands-on, operational support role. This position is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience in telecom or network operations who thrives in a fast-paced, 24 / 7 environment. You’ll be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining telecom and messaging platforms, ensuring network stability and performance. Key Responsibilities Provide 24 / 7 network monitoring, ticket handling, and troubleshooting to maintain system stability. Monitor KPIs, alarms, and system performance; escalate issues as needed. Conduct pre- and post-deployment validations to ensure successful upgrades. Respond to alerts from tools like One Console, Splunk, OpenSearch, NetScout, and CyberArk. Collaborate with deployment teams (e.g., NCI / ATAC) to resolve service-impacting issues. Coordinate critical maintenance and break-fix activities with internal teams and vendors. Participate in outage resolution and degradation troubleshooting sessions. Technical Skills & Experience 2–5 years of experience in telecom or network operations. Familiarity with Mavenir IMS access / core products (TAS / CSCF, BGCF, MRF, SBC) and / or Ericsson IMS access products (Cloud Native SBG / BGF). Strong understanding of core networking protocols and diagnostic tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and network database tools. Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills. Education High School Diploma or GED (required) Work Schedule Night shift (10-hour shifts) Must be available for urgent troubleshooting and outage resolution outside regular hours Why Join Us?
