Entry Level Production Assistant

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of production equipment before and after shoots.
• Help maintain inventory of production supplies and equipment.
• Support the production team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and communication.
• Help coordinate logistics for shoots including travel, location scouting, and catering needs.
• Participate in rehearsals and ensure that all needed props and equipment are on set.
• Provide on-set assistance, including managing talent and crew needs during filming.

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interest in media production and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer software, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
