Our community health center in Boothbay Harbor, Maine is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Provider Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals and families in our coastal community.

We take pride in providing longer visits, smaller patient panels, and true collaboration among clinicians, nurses, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to adult patients of all ages
• Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic and acute health conditions
• Coordinate care with behavioral health, nursing, and community resources
• Participate in quality improvement and team-based initiatives
