AMS - Accounts Payable and Reimbursements Shared Services Center Leader

Hybrid position based in San Jose. Full-time role in the Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) leadership team, focused on employment reimbursement, accounts payable, and fixed asset management policy and process development, balancing efficiency and risk.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall operation and optimization of the Financial Shared Service Center team in the Americas region.
• Upgrade the financial system and procedures according to financial management standards and the requirements of overseas business.
• Familiar with AMS policies and regulations; establish a mechanism for quality control, manage risk and provide advice from the perspective of internal control.
• Respond actively to business demands, assess reasonableness, and offer professional advice and support.

Job Information

Compensation description (annually) : The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $129,000 - $307,200 per year. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay may be eligible for discretionary bonuses / incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated on hire).
