About the Role

Inventory and Fulfillment Tech II : The technician is responsible for managing SOP-based order fulfillment processes and procedures in compliance with state regulations to enable accurate packaging and fulfillment of orders scheduled for delivery. The technician must maintain accurate physical and digital inventory records with strong attention to detail. How you'll make a difference (required duties and responsibilities)

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

  • Leads the daily activities of the Inventory and Fulfillment team to deliver accuracy and quality presentation for all approved sales orders
  • Provides guidance and training to Inventory and Fulfillment technicians to maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures
  • Leads the team to maintain pack and pull efficiency, while meeting goals and shipment deadlines
  • Makes all METRC tags for outgoing orders
  • Verifies accurate pricing on all orders within electronic tracking systems (LeafLink, Dutchie, METRC)
  • Inspects and approves all final completed orders prior to shipment
  • Identifies, investigates, documents, and corrects discrepancies; reports unresolved issues to the Inventory and Fulfillment Manager
  • Conducts weekly cycle counts of inventory in the vault
  • Partners with Inventory and Fulfillment Manager to maintain proper product identification and units available for sale within the electronic tracking system(s)
  • Records and tracks accurate weights and measurements of product throughout processing and packaging procedures
  • Maintains compliance with state regulations and company policies
  • Maintains a clean, safe environment in storage and fulfillment areas
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures including biosecurity and workplace safety
  • Additional tasks as assigned by your manager

Qualifications

Skills to be Successful (minimum qualifications)

Education and Experience

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing and / or data entry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the cannabis industry
  • Progressive responsibility and willingness to take on additional projects or challenges
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete assignments within given instructions and standard practices
  • Computers and Technology

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Proficiency with inventory systems and office equipment
  • Proficiency with basic math skills for inventory and measurements

    Available to work Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm, with flexibility for mandatory overtime as required to meet business needs.

    Work Environment And Physical Demands

    The work environment is manufacturing-based, requiring standing, walking, bending and reaching. Ability to carry up to 50 lbs for up to 100 ft may be required. Occasional extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.
