About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a locum tenens assignment in Washington. This opportunity begins Jan 26, 2026, and spans 84 days, featuring a 7 on, 7 off schedule with day shifts from 10am to 6pm. The provider will serve as the sole clinician in the clinic, treating patients of all ages and managing a patient load that ranges from 10 to over 30 per day.

Responsibilities and Duties
Serve as the only provider onsite, delivering urgent care services to all age groupsEvaluate and treat a varying daily volume of patients, averaging 20 per dayPerform common urgent care procedures, including suturing and splintingMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationAdapt to a fluctuating patient flow, with days ranging from fewer than 10 to over 30 patientsUphold high standards of patient care and adhere to all clinic protocolsAdditional Information
Must hold an active Washington licenseMust possess a clean backgroundBasic Life Support (BLS) certification requiredBoard certification in Family Nurse Practitioner and Urgent Care preferredRecent experience in urgent care and managing high patient volumes independentlyAbility to start within two weeks and commit to a minimum of four months, with priority given to those available for a six-month assignmentBenefits
