As the Studio Fitness Director , you’ll oversee multi-club group fitness programming, ensuring every class is engaging, high-quality, and aligned with Dynamic Fitness standards.

Position Summary

The Studio Fitness Director is responsible for the growth and success of studio programming across multiple Dynamic Fitness clubs. This leader recruits, trains, and develops instructors, manages budgets and schedules, drives class participation, and ensures the highest quality in member experience.

Qualifications

Required :

• 3+ years in progressive group fitness / fitness management
• Experience teaching Group Exercise formats
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and instructor management skills
