Now Hiring : Health and Safety Consultant (Hybrid | $48K–$50K)

Location : Harrisburg, PA

Employment Type : Full-time

Abel Personnel is hiring on behalf of our public sector client for a Health and Safety Consultant to support safety initiatives for the Pennsylvania State Police . This hybrid position includes a combination of on-site work, telework, and travel to worksites across the state.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver health and safety training both in person and virtually
• Conduct safety assessments and AIPP audits
• Analyze injury and illness data to identify trends and provide solutions
• Support regulatory compliance and promote a proactive safety culture
• Build relationships with personnel at all organizational levels
• Travel to assigned worksites as needed (must have personal transportation)

What You Need to Succeed in This Role

An AIPP certification with less than two years of occupational safety experience
