Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development of proposals for government and international organization solicitations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end proposal management for various opportunities and provide ad hoc proposal support

Integrate cross-functional teams to implement capture strategies and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements

Write, edit, and oversee proposal content, production, and delivery while maintaining proposal content libraries

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience in government proposal management

Demonstrated leadership of proposals valued above $25 million for Federal agencies

Strong knowledge of industry best practices and ability to tailor processes to various proposal types

Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet management, and collaboration tools
