Responsibilities

Vehicle Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and necessary repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models to ensure they meet safety and functionality standards.

Diagnostic Testing : Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues accurately and efficiently, aiming for first-time fixes.

Part Replacement : Replace faulty components, such as brakes, steering mechanisms, engines, and transmissions, using OEM parts to maintain high-quality standards.

Collaboration : Work collaboratively with service advisors to ensure customers are informed about necessary repairs and maintenance schedules.

Customer Interaction : Provide clear explanations to customers regarding vehicle issues, repair options, and preventive measures to enhance vehicle lifespan.

Documentation : Accurately record all work performed and parts used into the companys management software to maintain accurate service records.

Requirements

Certification : A valid certification in automotive technology is required.

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in using automotive diagnostics and repair tools.

Problem-Solving : Ability to diagnose issues accurately and provide effective solutions.

Physical Stamina : Must be able to lift heavy parts and equipment, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Attention to Detail : Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in work.

Flexibility : Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Driver's License : A valid driver's license is mandatory.
