Key Responsibilities :

Discovery Management : Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests with precision.

Legal Document Preparation : Prepare and respond to motions and legal memoranda, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.

Background Investigations : Conduct comprehensive background checks to support case development.

Client and Witness Coordination : Organize and manage meetings with clients, attorneys, and expert witnesses.

In-Depth Legal Research : Perform detailed legal research to support case strategies.

Medical Review : Analyze and review medical records to build strong cases.

Case Analysis : Write clear and concise case analyses and reports for clients.

Qualifications :

Experience : 0-2 years of experience in civil litigation defense.

Bar Admission : Admission to the Missouri Bar is required; Illinois Bar admission is preferred but not required.

Legal Writing and Presentation : Proven ability to write and present well-reasoned legal arguments.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Self-Motivated : A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and drives them to completion.

Caseload Management : Ability to manage and prioritize a complex caseload effectively.

However, supervisors do not charge clients for the supervision they provide. We utilize technology to keep research costs at a minimum and to improve turnaround on requests for information.
