• Prepare operating rooms by ensuring all necessary surgical equipment and supplies are available and sterile
• Assist surgeons during procedures by providing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment
• Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgery to ensure safety and fort
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records related to surgical interventions
