Position Overview
We're seeking a Director of Physician Recruitment to lead our national anesthesiologist and CRNA recruitment efforts. This is a high-impact, leadership-level role for someone who combines strategic recruiting expertise, data-driven pipeline management, and deep understanding of healthcare staffing dynamics.
You'll be responsible for building and managing the full recruiting funnel and function including, but not limited to, sourcing, outreach, pipeline management, offers, etc. using metrics to drive continual growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale Elite Anesthesia's recruitment strategy for anesthesiologists and CRNAs in all 10 of Elite's active markets.
- Develop and maintain data-driven recruiting systems, dashboards, and KPIs to measure pipeline activity, conversion rates, and hiring velocity.
- Manage and optimize CRM / ATS tools (e.g., Loxo, GasWork) for candidate tracking, reporting, and automation.
- Craft compelling outreach campaigns that highlight Elite Anesthesia's mission, culture, and value proposition.
- Identify and segment anesthesiologists and CRNAs who best fit Elite's culture and vision.
- Take part in the hiring process to help screen candidates and set a great first impression and expectations.
- Partner with company leadership to forecast staffing needs, design compensation strategies, and define regional recruitment priorities.
- Mentor and lead recruiting coordinators, agencies, or specialists as the team develops.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local hiring regulations, including physician credentialing standards.
- Represent Elite Anesthesia at conferences, university programs, and networking events to strengthen our brand presence in the anesthesia community.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in physician or healthcare provider recruitment ( anesthesia experience requiredProven success managing recruiting pipelines and producing data-driven reporting to leadership.Deep familiarity with CRM and ATS systems (preferably Loxo, or similar).Demonstrated ability to source and close high-value, passive physician candidates.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clinical professionals.Bachelor's degree required.What We Offer
