What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience selling  commercial construction projects  (mid-to-large scale)
  • A strong industry network and understanding of the construction process
  • Independent, driven, and goal-oriented—but also a true team player
  • Clear communicator who operates with professionalism and integrity
  • Someone looking for a place to  build something meaningful , not just collect a paycheck

Your Day-to-Day Might Include

  • Managing your own sales pipeline from lead generation to close
  • Building relationships with developers, architects, property managers, and general contractors
  • Collaborating with estimators, project managers, and leadership to align on scopes and pricing
  • Bringing energy, ideas, and passion to a team that’s doing the same

    Compensation :

    $120,000 variable base+bonus structure

    Responsibilities :

  • Find new customers using a variety of channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails
  • Develop social media strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social networks
  • Communicate with sales leadership to reach team goals and improve operations
  • Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies
  • Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
  • To respect and serve as an ambassador for our Core Values and Core Purpose
  • Qualifications :

  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
  • Experience selling commercial construction projects
