Work Schedule : 100% FTE. Day Shift role. Mon - Fri 8 : 00 - 4 : 30. Flexible after orientation : 4 / 10-hour days; 4 / 9-hour days; and 1 / 4-hour day; 5 / 8-hour days. You will work at the 1340 Charles St. Clinic in Rockford.
