ServiceNow SPM Developer

A company is looking for a ServiceNow SPM Developer to support the development and configuration of SPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure SPM modules and develop automation for demand-to-project workflows

Design Performance Analytics indicators and dashboards, and lead stakeholder workshops

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and participate in Agile ceremonies

Required Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience, with 3+ years in SPM

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications required

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, and integration patterns

Must possess IT-II / Tier 3 / NACLC / ANACI / Moderate Risk eligibility

ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master required
