$3 / hr Weekly Attendance Bonus
$2 shift premium from 2 : 00pm-6 : 00am
Sign-on Bonus : $5,000

Principal Accountabilities
Accountable for the production of food safe product in a fast paced manufacturing environment; including but not limited to work with electrical systems, refrigeration systems, plumbing, manufacturing equipment, boiler operation, water quality, waste water, and complete work orders, projects, preventative maintenance, water quality inspection procedures testing by making adjustments in a timely mannerComplete all paperwork pertaining to work orders, service call reports and purchase requisitions, initiate purchase requisitions for parts and document shift events, problems and repairs or actions takenMaintain adherence to all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and ProceduresThis position shall have the responsibility to report problems with the food safety management system to identified person(s).This position has the responsibility and authority to initiate and record actions. Acquire and maintain knowledge of HACCP / OPRP / PRP (GMP) policies and requirements to complete all monitoring and / or verifications tasks as outlined in the Food Safety ManagementRequired Qualifications
3 years of industrial Maintenance experience or completion of Maintenance Trainee Program at Cargill or completion of technical college degree in related fieldWillingness and ability to complete the following trainings and obtain license or certification : boiler license, forklift license, ammonia specific refrigeration training and certificationAvailability to work outside of normal shift up to including weekend and off shift hours as neededMust be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be able to work in the US without an humanitarian Parole status related to Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua or Venezuela which is subject to the Federal Register Notice of revocation by DHS on March 25, 2025Be willing to be a part of the Hazmat teamMust be 18 years or olderStrong electrical & mechanical aptitudeAbility to read & interpret blueprints or other forms of engineering drawingsAbility to read & interpret detail blueprints, P&IDs, single-lines, ladder logic and wiring schematicsAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishPreferred Qualifications
