The Peterson Law Firm, located in bustling Kansas City, MO, is seeking a dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our esteemed team. As a Litigation Attorney at our firm, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in legal disputes, ensuring their interests are vigorously defended.

With a competitive salary range of $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 yearly, this position offers a rewarding opportunity for growth and advancement. Compensation :

$80,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
  • Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages.
  • Handle settlement negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Draft petitions, discovery, and motions.
  • Deposition preparation and taking of depositions, including clients, fact witnesses, and experts.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Handle trial preparation and trials.
  • Provide exceptional client service and communication, keeping clients informed at all stages of their case.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
