Warehouse Associate

Location : Von Ormy, Texas

Pay Rate : $20.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday Friday, 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM

Assignment Type : Temporary

Position Summary

This role involves receiving, shipping, storing, and tagging products, as well as operating forklifts and yard equipment. The position will temporarily cover for an employee on medical leave, with a potential for assignment extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, tag, inventory, and store incoming materials and finished goods.
• Operate sit-down forklifts and yard mules to move trailers to / from dock doors.
• Inspect pallets for accuracy and quality, documenting any discrepancies.
• Support daily production by ensuring timely material supply.
• Complete all necessary warehouse documentation accurately.
• Conduct daily pre-operational safety checks on equipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization per SQF, AIB, HACCP, and FIFO standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
